A BRAND BUILT AROUND A MISSION TO CHANGE THE WORKPLACE FOR EVERYONE.

In 2020 Ashleigh Tennent had the bold idea to revolutionise and democratise the coaching industry. Having been lucky enough to experience coaching in previous roles, Ashleigh recognised the huge benefit having a coach could have, but as a recently trained coach, she also saw the gap between training and practicing as a coach. The unfortunate loss of trained coaches, post-training and pre-practicing, was removing the opportunity of growth and support for tens of thousands of people in the UK alone.

The answer, More Happi, a platform that connected trained coaches with individuals, and employee focussed organisations. To gain accreditation hours and coaching experience, Coaches volunteered their time, allowing More Happi to offer unlimited coaching sessions to individuals for as low as £39.95 per month. Coaching, which had previously been reserved for C-level execs, was now available to everyone, and a community of Coaches was gaining the experience and confidence they needed.

Working closely with Ashleigh, we quickly developed the More Happi brand and proposition. As an antidote to existing coaching, the More Happi brand was designed to be approachable, accessible and supportive, and importantly for everyone. The brand was crafted to reflect the optimism of the transformation and personal growth enabled by one to one coaching, with an positive look and feel, empowering tone of voice, upbeat colour palette, and approachable custom illustrations.

Since launching, More Happi has delivered over 12,000 hours of coaching, across 160+ people-focused organisations in 43 different countries.
